- Free satellite WIFI – Extends to 50 metres from ‘The Laundry Room’, although recent guests report it extending further.
- Elsan Point.
- Grey water waste area.
- Good TV reception.
- Area for waste at the lane entrance, bins for recycling, main waste and boxes for bottles.
- Washing machine on site 1 load £5.
- Washing line.
- On site fishing (1 rod available for guests of the CL site) fly fishing on the River Yeo
- Field to walk dogs off lead (if no cattle) through Orchard from campsite to a private Rockpool, and for adults and children with supervision to explore.
- Footpaths’ accessible from site (good for dog walking)
- 20 mins to walk,1 mile to the local town, places to eat and shops etc via country lane or footpaths.
- 20 min walk , 1 mile to local train station walk along the river path, trains to Exeter (can get to Topsham on the estuary or Exmouth the beach) and Okehampton ( Dartmoor) or Barnstaple.

Google review, 2025 “We had a brilliant stay at Beare Mill CL. Great Value..what a fantastic CL! Loads of space, superb facilities and lovely hosts! Good walks from the site to Crediton and the surrounding area. The CL isn’t too far down a Devon lane from the main road. We managed okay with a large twin axle caravan“.
