Located in the open countryside of Mid Devon. Pitches are flat and spacious. There is EHU and a water tap on every pitch. There are footpaths straight from the campsite to Crediton (1 mile) and surrounding area. Exeter is 7 miles away, Crediton has a train station that links to Exeter, Barnstaple and Okehampton. The campsite is a central location to visit Devon, between the North and South coasts and close to Dartmoor.

CAMC review July 2022 ‘Idyllic Site A Must Visit’.
‘Had a lovely stay at this site on our way to Cornwall. Booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 4. Hosts Karen and Jason are so friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful and the site Idyllic. Pitches are spacious with water on hook up on each pitch. There are toilets and a shower, but that doesn’t do justice, its a wet room really. It’s a spacious wet room really. There is a washing machine and clothes line too. There’s a field next to the site where you can walk your dog. Crediton is about 20 minutes walk via footpaths across fields. There are independent shops and coffee shops in the lovely market square. The branch line from Exeter to Okehampton and Barnstaple runs next to the site, but the noise is minimal and it doesn’t run through the night. Upside is you can walk to the station if you fancy it’
CAMC review May 2024 Simply Stunning CL ‘Great site. Large grass pitches with all facilities. One spacious shower room with a proper shower and lovely warm water. 2 toilets, laundry room and elsan point. Outside wash up area & washing line. Information room with lots of walks. Crediton walking distance. Access is very narrow but has pull in points. Trains go right past . Good tv reception but mobile signal poor. Lots of walking routes printed out. Wifi available. Definitely recommend as a piece of heaven in Devon.
